As Vice President of Development for The Benoit Group, Snow focuses on new development and redevelopment opportunities throughout the Southeast. Snow leads the team which is responsible for the development of affordable multi-family, independent senior living, tax credit acquisition and rehabilitation, and market rate apartment projects.

Snow’s 10 years of experience in the real estate industry prepares him to guide the company in the creation and implementation of new development opportunities, as well as, providing growth strategies for new and existing clients.

His team’s responsibilities include site and feasibility analysis, contract negotiations, project financing, project due diligence, zoning and variance processes, and market analysis.

Prior to joining The Benoit Group, Snow served as Director of Development at Ambling Development Partners, securing 20 allocations of 9% Tax Credits in five different states with a combined development budget of $150 million. Snow also lent his expertise to assisting in the development of ten apartment communities through the use of Tax Exempt Bond financing and 4% Tax Credits, while managing the construction and renovation of over 1,000 apartment units, totaling $20 million.

Snow has also worked for Brencor, Inc., a large multi-family management firm, managing the redevelopment of a portfolio of 50 apartment complexes throughout the Southeast.

 

Education/Affiliations: Snow, an Atlanta native, received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western State College, and is an active member of the US Green Builder’s Association.

He sits on the Board of Directors of Stepwise, a non-profit organization which focuses on providing the needs of children East Africa.
